By the way, I am strongly against the use of any AI work!!

The next terms mostly applies for Personal Use commissions. If you want a commercial commission, it will entail other terms stated in a contract, depending on the intended use and the chosen license.

â­’ General Terms

· All drawings will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove. I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable with for any
reason.· All work is for PERSONAL USE unless agreed upon by both parties. Personal use refers to using the artwork for non-commercial or non-promotional purposes. For example, displaying the artwork in your home, I don’t mind sharing it a couple of times on your Instagram, sharing it with friends and family, using it as a personal avatar or wallpaper, or incorporating it into personal projects that are not intended for sale or distribution. Essentially, personal use involves using the artwork for your own enjoyment or personal expression rather than for any commercial or promotional purposes.· As the artist, I maintain all rights to my work and I may use it for my needs such as portfolios, unless discussed otherwise by both parties.· You must credit me as the artist whenever the art is used and showcased.· I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own commercial use may be purchased
at any time).

â­’ Payment

· Payment is done through a PayPal invoice, using euros (€) as the currency.· Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the finished piece approval. We can also discuss other payment plans to better fit
your needs.

â­’ Process

· Business hours are between 9am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday, (CEST). Emails will be answered durning these hours. If you contact me on the weekend, I might
respond during the next available business day.· I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.· While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you!· The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc. If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know as soon as possible.· Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image. Note that there is no physical product.· A fee will be added if you want a significant change on the final drawing - unless, of course, a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

â­’ COPYRIGHT/ USAGE POLICY

I, Mrsviloart (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:· Promote myself with it everywhere.· Publish books with it (artbooks, etc).· Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc).· Post it wherever I want.The buyer is allowed to:· Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise.· Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.The following is considered copyright infringement:· Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.· Claiming the artwork as your own· Removing my signature from the artwork· Altering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless therwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).
